How do I have Excel model "Import a txt file every quarter" based on the "Quarter" selected

I am trying to have Excel model "Import a file every quarter" based on the "Quarter" selected

So far, I've made a hard reference to potential filenames for upcomng quarters for the model to pick.
      J:\MAA\MAA-Wide Projects\NCAL Palliative Care Dashboard\Q208\PCPOP.TOTMRN.Q208.TXT"

But you will agree that it takes less spaces and more intuitive to have the code automatically concatenate the the filename (for text to import)....   based on the quarter selected or entered..  
Especially based on the any given quarter selected like "Q108", "Q208", etc...  For now quarters are entered into cell F12 for now...   A more beautiful thing will be to have these quarters selected form a drop-down box..
