Space between binder pages in Indesign

I have been searching around in Indesign but not managed to solve my problem so I really hope there is an expert online out there... I am not sure i can describe my problem in english, but I'll try anyway. I am making what I think is called a binder, a folder to put papers in, and I would like to add a 5 mm space between the pages in a master with three pages in a row.
