Convert Publisher 2007 file into InDesign 3

I have two documents -- an 8 page newsletter in Publisher 2007 that I want to convert to InDesign 3. How can I do that?  I also have a 80 page Employee Handbook in Publisher 2007 that I would also like to convert to InDesign.

The bad news is,  I don't think it can be done. At least not for free.

I've never used it but you can give this a try. It does have a demo:
http://www.markzware.com/pub2id/

What you can do for free is to convert the documents to word or .rtf and flow it into InDesign. You would have to place all the graphics and recreate the layout though.. Here's an online converter that may help to get it into a usable format:
