Link Excel sheet to InDesign CS4 document

Hi,

I wonder if it were possible to link an Excel sheet directly to an InDesign CS4 document, so when I made changes to my Excel sheet, the data in my InDesign document would automatically update.

I know there exist a plugin from http://www.teacupsoftware.com which works for versions up to CS2, but it does not support CS3/CS4.

Does anyone know if there is a plugin that exists for CS4 or if this is now a standard function?
