Coversion of Quark Express 4 Legacy file from mac os9! to Adobe InDesign CS3 osX

I have an old Quark Express 4 file from mac os9 that I am trying to open and edit in Adobe InDesign CS3 osX. Any plugins / converters available? or is it better to get my hands on Quark 8/whatever the new version is? Obviously, I am an infrequent user, but I need to get this file open (text and some watermark images underneath mainly) to edit it.
