Importing Styled Text from Excel to InDesign

I am creating a Yellow Pages type document in InDesign from an Excel workbook and need help with Tagging the cells in Excel so they will import into InDesign Styled the way I need them.

i.e. If text is only in cell "A" and no others, it will be yellow text on a black field, text in Field "A" will be 7pt Helvetica Compressed Bold followed by a return, next insert text in field "D" followed by a space then insert text in field "E" & "F" followed by ..... to fill space then Insert Field "B" followed by a "-" then field "C" return, and insert right justified field "G".... etc of course all with font, style, size attributed to each. Also information on various instances like, if multiple addresses, etc.

I know there are many directories out there, and they are not styled line by line, does anyone know how to accomplish this or if there is a third party software to assist in the process? Any information you could share would be helpful. Thanks!Start Free Trial
