One possible technique for display is my program generating an HTML file with text and tags to embed images of formulas - and the file rendered by a Browser or viewed thru Word or Open Offiice etc.
I am thinking of a capbility such as used by Wikipedia for displaying formulas. They seem to use TeX/LaTeX.
My environment is Windows
If possible I would like to find a simpler solution that installing TeX/LaTex for formula rendering, but would not want to compromise visual quality of rendered formulas.
I need to set up two environments - one that is solely running on one computer - i.e. without use of external servers and the other where a formula can be submitted to a Formula Rendering Server which returns in real-time the formula's image file file. Priority is the first (stand-alone) environment.
