Where can I get these fonts?

TimesNewRomanPSMT
and
TimesNewRomanPS-ItalicMT

A customer lost her hard disk and when reloading she cannot create a PDF I think becuase these fonts are missing.

She did have both Pagemaker 6.5 and a later version. She could not get on with the new version so still uses 6.5, Did these fonts come with version 7.x?

These are standard Windows fonts. Acrobat does not come with fonts anymore, it is using the system fonts. When you ask for a Times-Roman font, Acrobat will automatically substitute that with TimesNewRomanPSMT.

What exactly is the error message?

Which version of Acrobat is used on that system?

Ha ha LOL; I am amused you are using the Words "Standard" and "Windows" in the same sentance?? Anyway that's another issue.......thanks for helping....

So when you open the document using PM 6.5 and then use the export to PDF. The distiller log file reports :

Sorry I have been away from the customer, but will be returning next week, when I need to find a solution.....

The problem was solved yesterday by installing Reader V 5.x and using the distiller that came with that version.
