Transparent images appear black on one computer, gray on another

We have a (suposedly) transparent image in a publisher file.  The file is on the network.  On one computer, the image is gray, but on another computer the image is black.  it even prints gray from the one and black from the other.  The image is also on the network.  I can send or post the image and the brochure to anyone that asks for it, but as it's 8MB, I don't want to attach it here.Start Free Trial
