I want to print whitepapers with a left margin so that I can punch holes and bind the printouts. I am using a Kodak 5300 and like a number of print drivers, it allows me to change the paper size, but not set a left margin. So, even though I can change the paper width to 8", it's the LEFT 8" that are printed, I need a left margin for paper holes so that the printouts can be put in a three ring binder. The materials that I am printing are all whitepapers. Typical for most whitepapers, they look pretty on screen (small symetrical left and right margins) and then you have to do some kind of fiddling with your printer to create margins for binding. No, I'm not going to buy a new printer just for this. No, shrinkng the print area doesn't solve my problem.
Any ideas how so solve the problem in either Adobe or Kodak or the use of another PDF print tool?
