Quark file locking Error Code -54 unable to save files

Quark file locking:One of my users  has a persistent but apparently random problem with Quark. It happens very often (almost every time he has a Quark document open) but I cannot find a common reason for it.If he opens a saved file and  make amendments and then save changes, Quark reports that the file is locked (error code -54). When he tries  to save again, Quark has deleted the file and replaced it with one with a file name like QXP11557875 so he has to save the file again under its original name.
This has been happening for the past couple of weeks but it is now happening almost every time he tries to save a fileStart Free Trial
