We had a tech go out to a client's recently and upgrade Quark from 6.5 to 7. Apparently, one of the employees opened 6.5, which was still on the system, and spent 2.5 hours today working on a project. Now, 6.5 thinks it is a demo and won't allow her to save the file or export it without a watermark. Is there any way to save the file she is working on and still correct the problem?
