Just one more note. If you mean 1/10th and you mean 1/10"=1'-0" then the plot scale would be 1/120xp. Here is my brief description:
1. Go to a layout tab
2. Type MV (ModelViewport) and draw a rectangular area the size of your sheet of paper (i.e. 0,0 11,8.5)
3. Zoom Extents
4. Type MS (ModelSpace)
5. Zoom Extents so that you can see all of your model area.
6. Zoom to scale (either 1/10xp or 1/120xp)
7. Pan if you need.
8. Type PS (paper space)
9. Plot the paper to the scale of 1:1

Check this link for using paperspace: ad/tutoria ls/level_2 /2-4.htm
http://www.we-r-here.com/c
It uses architectural units but if you are using engineering units zoom to 1/10xp
If you want to print out of model space you just need to adjust it in the "plot scale" section in the plot dialog. 1 (what ever units ) = 10 unit.
print window around your object.
good luck
