The first thing you mentioned is template. As I already mentioned I've maintained all the Application data, and therefore the template on the local systems only through folder redirection. The second thing is that it is not starting automatically, it is being manually started by user. The other important thing is that it is loading up to 98%very quickly and then the real mess up starts. Kindly consider this scenario.

AutoCAD alway starts up with a template file. Verify it has the correct path to the template. Otherwise it must search through several paths looking for it.
Roaming profiles are another matter. Check that your user profiles are not extreme large (we try to keep them below 100Mb or so on our system). When the majority of people on our system are logging in things get real slow. So you need to check if it is really AutoCAD or loading of profiles that slow things down.
Also, I would not recommend having AutoCAD start automatically. It is better to have the users log-on and start AutoCAD manually.
