Issue with saving files.

I have a user who has an issue at a certain time every day. I have checked scheduled tasks on the local machine and there is nothing in there. At roughly 4:15 every day, the user gets an error that reads:

"Unable to save drawing **File Location** as it is being accessed by another session. Drawing saved to **temporary location address**

I've come up with a temporary fix, which is to have him shut down by then since our day ends at 4:30 anyway, but we need him to keep working. The program that we notice it happening with is AutoCAD 2008. He's an engineer, so that's basically all he uses. Any help would be appreciated.
