Postcript custom paper sizes return to defaults for a few users

Hello

We have a network Plotter configuration wich the entier staff uses and is workign fin for most of them. We have custom paper sizes for the large sheets  30x42  24x36...  this has been working fine for everyone until the other day with 2 people.  When they go to this PC3 it gives them the default 8.5x11 not the custom paper size.  I have reinstalled Autocad and Acrobat with no luck.  I don't want to mess with the networked PC3 since it is working fine for everyone except these two.  I have tried all that I can its time for the experts.Start Free Trial
