Whenever ESRI ArcMap is opened, Autodesk tries to configure itself

When ArcMap version 9.2 is opened on our lab machines by a user, autodesk 2008 tries to configure itself then fails because the user isn't an administrator.  This does not affect ArcMap because after you click ok on the failure message, the user can use the software like normal.  How do I stop autodesk from trying to configure itself?Start Free Trial
