Not sure what you are refering to as "Centerlines" in AutoCAD Electrical. Can you elaborate or provide an example DWG?
You're not talking about the dashed connector line linking three connected symbols on a three-phase system are you?
It's been about a year since I actively used AutoCAD Electrical so my memory is fading but if you provide an example, I can fire up a copy. I may be pucking up some side-line Electrical customization work anyway from another firm so I need to load it up anyway.

Would this be it...
You can change the wire type using the Change/Convert Wire Type tool or
by typing a "T" at the command prompt during wire insertion commands.
1 Click the arrow on the Insert Wire tool to access the
Change/Convert Wire Type tool.
2 Click the Change/Convert Wire Type tool.
Optionally, you can right-click on an existing wire and select
Change/Convert Wire Type.
