I've got a problem with blocks. There are several instances of a certain block in a drawing I'm working at, but some external tool doesn't read autocad elements of type block. The block consist of a circle and an attribute.
I would like to explode the blocks to circles and texts with the value of an attribute. If I explode the blocks however, the attribute value is lost. Is there a simple way to achieve this in autocad 2008? Maybe VBA macro?

Do you have the Express Tools? (comes with AutoCAD installs usually). Type Expresstools at the commandline and see. There is a program that explodes attributes to text in it.
