Question
Convert pdf or dwg to shp file
I have a client that uses adobe pro to create his site maps, he then exports to dwg or pdf and i need to convert those to a shp file for use in anothe rmapping ap. Does any one know how i can convert this file? Do i have to purchase software to do it (i downloaded FME SAFE trial but am lost in it).
Thanks in advance to a GIS newbie
