Auto CAD 10 , how to move the licence m/c to m/c

Hi All ,
 I have a auto cad 10 Lt install on witch the Hard disk is dieing and would like to get the licence files off b4 it dose . its a Net install so the licence normal gose back to autocad,but thats not an option any more as XP is in  b i t s and tcp/ip no longer works , but I do still have some access
an ideas ?
