I bumped the page file up to 10Gb but that didn't improve the BlankWorks issue but did fix the AutoCAD performance. Need a little help here.

I am unfamiliar with blankworks in particular but I do know CAD software in generay can be a huge memory user, definitely when rendering large projects. No real shortcuts or fixes I can suggest.
Programs sometimes have memory leaks so a power cycle of the machine being used would be very helpful in clearing the memory. Don't just reboot, but power it all the way down, wait a minute, then cycle it back on to effectively clear the memory. This should be done daily on a heavy load workstation like this.
Page file being upped to 10gigs is fine and all but the real system performance is in the hardware RAM. Buy a couple 4GB modules and pump it to 8gigs of ram. It'll be a worthy investment for a task that can actually utizlize all that.
