PDF conversion

System: Windows XP Pro SP2
Converting to PDF from SW 2008 SP3.1
User is attempting to convert from SolidWorks file to PDF and somewhere along the lines, the conversion fails in its entirety. If the user "saves as" PDF from SW, PDF is created but the formatting is different than the SW original. If the user "prints" as a PDF, the formatting of the PDF is also different than the original. Does this makes sense to anyone and what should I do? I can add attachments if necessary. Let me know. ThanksStart Free Trial
