How to convert an image to vector using CorelDraw 12

Could any one explain how to convert an image to vector using  Coreldraw.

An example of how the vectorization is done in Photo Shop is at http://www.tutorialstuff.com/tutorial_display.php?id=265

A step by step by solution or some pointers how to get the same result in
Coreldraw would be appreciated.

With Corel Package you need to install Corel Trace software, then when you open an image file or import image in bitmap type, just right click on it, you will find the Trace Option
Corel Trace will open that image in it and you have to specify the percentage of the details of dots... it is easy for first time use...
