Alternatively you can install the Corel Draw exporter for Macromedia Flash, freeware from Adobe, I'm not sure about the CorelDraw versions that are supported, look in documentation.

I think those are some good tips from oswaldofarith. You could also export into other formats that you could import into flash, for example Corel Draw can also publish html pages from content, or you could export each page as a jpg. Then you can create the flash animation manually by importing these things, or there may be tools out there.
Corel is not related to Macromedia/Adobe so they were never formally designed to work together, but corel does support exporting in many formats that the Adobe family can support, e.g. AI files.

You need to export from CorelDraw to the Adobe illustrator format (.AI) and the import it in Flash. I think that you need to make it one page at a time.
