attachmovie concept

hi guys,
i have got a problem in attachmovie.

pic1=movieclip: instancename=pic1 on the stage
america1=linkage
zoom=movieclip: instancename=zoom on the stage
the structure of zoom is like a "lense"

description:
when i move the "zoom"  movieclip over the "pic1" movieclip,then "america1" movieclip which is in the
library should be loaded on the stage,that i got it,The main problem is when I have similar
movieclip on the stage like pic 2 to 6,i can't remove the movieclip dynamically.
don't use buttons use only movieclip.Very Urgent.
i u can't get what i explained,

in addition please explain.
what is depth in the attachmovie and the _level and droptarget?

i have to fadein and fadeout  a movieclip thru actionscript from frame 5 to 15?
