How do I make an animation stop and restart on a replay button in flash?

I'm working on an e-card in flash (the link is above) and have used a movie with the actionscript listed below. It works great; however, I need to place a restart button at the end of the card that will do the following:

1. bypass the preloader and start with the beginning of the card itself
2. stop the looping animation (code below) and make it replay on the restart.
(as you can see if you look at the card, the looping animation doesnt need to start until about 10 seconds in, but currently, it starts at the beginning when you replay the ecard)
