Need illustration artist to copy image of very simple cartoon character

Hi,

I'm in need of someone that can draw me a cartoon of Olive Oyl.  I have an image that i hacked together to give you an idea of what I need, but need an expert to draw it in Illustrator or similar vector program.

I will paypal you for your time--it should take long because it is a very simple drawing.
