How to reduce a print screen to a smaller size

I need to reduce some print screens that I have pasted into Fireworks CS3. What are the steps required to resize a printscreen that is larger than 255X174, but the final file size is 255X174 without any of the image cutoff. Thanks.Start Free Trial
