Browse All TopicsHi, I'm using Lightroom 1,1 and want to move images and all data to another computer. The destination computer have Lightroom 1,1 and some imported images, but no problem if I have to redo them. Important is that I can ceep all the work I did with the pictures in the first computer.
Does anyone know a non painful way of export and import all imagedata (ie crop, flag, filter)?

I may be a little late, but i had to do the same thing. I would suggest that you search the adobe site for an FAQ that tells you how to synchronise files from 2 computers. (A common problem with photographers that use a laptop in the field and a more beefy desktop when back at "base".) But here is the quick and dirty:
1) prepare new computer and make a copy of old your "source" files. Be sure to use the EXACT SAME folder and directory structure as in the old computer.
2) install lightroom on your new computer, as per normal.
3) copy across lightroom config files, including
C:\Documents and Settings\<NAME>\My Documents\My Pictures\Lightroom
C:\Documents and Settings\<NAME>\Applicatio
