Yellow Spots in Photos

My problem is that I have done two sessions of pics, but there seems to
have been too much light for the digital camera and now the yellow is too
much in some places. In most of the pics I have golden spots all over my
body. The content is good and I do not want to reshoot them, but I cannot
use them the way they are. I am not able to even out these spots on the
pics with the programs I have here and I would need some advice, which kind
of program I could use to make them better/usable.
