upper case text in photoshop

Hi all experts,

When i choose text tool to write. I type text with normal ( without caps lock or shift key to make it upper case ) but all my text are upper case. I use normal font such as Arial,...
Could anyone help me? How can I type text with lower case as normal?

make sure the circled icons are not selected:
