If you don't want to watch the video, the quickest way is trace around your car with the polygon lasso tool, CTRL+C to copy the car, click in the image you want to paste it into, and CTRL+V to paste it.
That is a very simple and crude way to do it. A more precise cut out can be obtained by creating a layer mask, which that video will explain.

You could just change the background to white in this jpeg.
Change the jpeg to PNG or Gif

Get a new canvas the same size as your image with the background the colour that you want it to be.
Use a tool suitable to select the image itself. Depending on the image you may be able to use the smart select tool or you may have to use the path selection tool and then change this into a selection.
Then just cut and paste to the new background.
always use copies only of your jpg.
open the jpg in paintshop pro or photoshop then using the freehand or select tool highlight the area around the car then edit then cut then edit paste as new image it pastes the area you just cut into a new image of that area only.
Open a white background image and add the car as an overlay.

There are a lot of ways to cut out the car, whole chapters in books are written about. Here's a video tutorial that will probably explain it better than anyone here could try and explain it in words.
