If you don't want to watch the video, the quickest way is trace around your car with the polygon lasso tool, CTRL+C to copy the car, click in the image you want to paste it into, and CTRL+V to paste it.
That is a very simple and crude way to do it. A more precise cut out can be obtained by creating a layer mask, which that video will explain.

There are a lot of ways to cut out the car, whole chapters in books are written about. Here's a video tutorial that will probably explain it better than anyone here could try and explain it in words.
