don't think so. In "Mode" - it says "8 bits channel" (ticked)
Is that what you mean? If now, how do I determine the bit color depth?

Question
Unable to "save for web"
The option to "Save for Web" is greyed out.... can't save for web.
"save a version", "Save for web" and "revert" - all these options are greyed out.
Running Mac OSX , and never had this problem with the old Photoshop CS. This one now installed is part of the complete suite..
Any ideas??

Ok, I've solved it. It seems that one of the Photoshop folders has been dragged onto the desktop..at some time..perhaps during the install. Dragged it back into the correct folder, and it all works as it should.
I suppose I should award myself the points... :-) But, as I'm probably responsible for the problem in the first place... I guess not.

Are you working with a 32 bit color-depth image (HDR)? That's the only place I see the "Save for web and devices" being grayed out. Or is this for all images?
