Hello All!
;-)

I'm good with MS Access, no good with Photoshop CE.
:-(

Ok I was moving some images around, and Photoshop seems to "Snap" the images where it thinks I want them.
Sometimes I want to "freehand" move them where I want them to go (Final location).

(Am I describing this correctly?)

Is this a feature I can dis-able?
