Adding Photos to a PSD Template

Asked by sandra72 in Adobe Photoshop

Tags: Adobe, Photoshop Elements, 3.1, Windows XP Media Center Edition

I recently created a blog and plan to use the travelmate-blog-20 theme by theme studio.  On the left hand side of the theme there is a photobar and the pictures/photos can be replaced. To replace the photos the theme creator provided a template called sideimg.psd to accomodate 4 photos - please see attached excel file for the basic outline.  I can open the template in Adobe Elements 3.1 as a layer but I haven't had any luck in adding my images to the template. Copying & pasting and Alt and dragging the photo to the template won't work.

Any help that you can provide is appreciated.

Thanks, Sandra
