Probably not the best example, I did it rather quick. This would be using the Clone tool and Dodge tool, (dodge tool will lighten up what you did with the clone too if its kind of obvious you changed it.) But for the most case the main thing here is the Clone tool

Oh.. Appparently guy above me posted about the tutorial I posted as well (same tut differ links) Sorry about that, was working on this before anything was posted. But yeah, he is correct. Clone tool ;)
