how do i change the red in this image to blue?

i just want to change the red in this image to blue - how would i do that - i have never used photoshop before. I have cs3

I do this through Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation. You just have to make sure to select the Reds colors:

i do it this way......

Image>Adjustments>Channel Mixer
Sleect RED channel, and set the Red to 0% and Blue to 100%
then select BLUE channel, and set Red to 100% and Blue to 0%
