Corel Paint Shop Pro X1
It has started to hang on the splash screen saying "starting up". I have
tried reinstalling the software, uninstalling using the ZapPs utility, but
it did not make a difference. Tried updating the Intel graphics card drivers and disabling
windows themes.
Any ideas on what to try next?
