I found a known issue with Norton 360. I have applied a patch from Norton. After reboot, PSP started - once - and then immediately exited when I tried to open a .jpg file. It refused to open thereafter. I rebooted. I then disabled the norton 360 service, uninstalled PSP, reinstalled PSP. It ran and I went through the PSP menu bar to get the update patch to 12.1. The patch installed successfully (with Norton service still disabled), but PSP will not run again. I am about to reboot again. I can find nothing in processes, services, or anything in any utility that tells me I have anything corrupted any conflicts, or even a busy system. I'm running quad core intel with 8GB RAM and SATA hard drives - mirrored. OS is Vista Home Preimum 32 bit. All drivers are current. All other installed software runs fine. What is going on?
