Turning a Cartoon Illustration into a more real life photo/picture
I have a stock photo that i have copied from the web site (we have an account with Istock Photo and I will buy it if I can get this to work)
I'd like to make this cartoon illustration more life-like using Photoshop? Is that possible?
I have attached the file.

As a graphic designer my self i would do the following.
Use that image as a template (no need to by it).
Then find an image of a wheel and then flames at the right perspective (can sometimes take a while to find) and then do your thing in photo shop to re-create the image. You would prefereably need a flame thats on a very light coloured background (white would be perfect) and then cut it out. Or find a flame on a background you actually want to keep and add the tire in after. Minor touches to the wheel to get the perspective perfect would most likerly need to be made (transform > Distort for this)
Unfortunately vectored images tend to look cartoony due to how they are made. To make them realistic you would have to almost create then pixel for pixel which isn't going to happen.
