I have try this solution, it work but no image rezize in this code !
I want to transform for example a 2592x3888 JPG with exif to 960x1280 JPG too WITH EXIF.

Have you tried a recent version of Photoshop? It will preserve EXIF data. Some of the older (or free) image editors do not have this ability, as I'm sure you have found.
Also, EXIF is an evolving standard. Right now it looks like Adobe is at the forefront of support for EXIF, so your nest answer might be to spend the $ and get the "real thing" in the form of a copy of Photoshop. Check eBay. Sometimes people have an older copy that they no longer need when they upgrade a computer.
