Adobe Acrobat 8 Proffesional fails with msvcr80.dll error

When I try to upload the attached PDF files into image library of our application sometimes (once in every 100 tries).
Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, faulting module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.1433, fault address 0x0001500a.



The application name is iWay and it business flow automation for the printing idustry.
The acrobat use is : professional 8.1.2
