iPhoto - How to convert RAW to JPG and burning photos to CD in one shot

I am a beginner in Mac as well as all its application.
I imported the photos I took in CR2 (Raw) format to iPhoto, and after enhancing all the photos I was having problem to ffind the way on how burn those photos straight into CD in JPG Format.

Do I need to convert those photos to JPG firstly before burning ? If so how to do it in iPhoto ?
Or is there any way to burn the CD with all the RAW automatically converted to JPG in one shot ?
