My thumbnail is not showing the updated version of my saved project.

As of this week I am not getting a current or correct view of my saved project (from Photoshop) in my Bridge preview picture. It also has begun to show the (incorrect) version in an extremely small version, no matter how I try to show it larger.

My computer (Mac 10.5.4) is up to date in software, so what do I do to resolve this?
