I need to have them appear to be inside a bitmap of a TV that I have in my Flash movie so it appears they are in front of the bitmap in the background. The screen area of the TV is actually a cut out with a mask. There is a bitmap of a background image displayed inside the TV.
Using loadMovieNum("guys.swf",1)
Creating a video object & embedding it on the timeline though the green screened actors appear below the TV when previewed they are still on top.
Using an onClipEvent getNextHighestDepth applied to the TV also does not work.
I saw a reference to using a MovieClipLoader to load the SWF that plays the FLV into an empty mc that is below the TV screen mask. I have never used MovieClipLoader and my actionscript skills require examples that are relatively close to what I am trying to do.
The SWF that contains my FLVPlayback component that references my FLV is called guys.swf
My empty mc is called holder. I do need for the actors in the alpha channel FLV to "disappear" from the Flash movie after the FLV plays.

I have figured this out on my own. I believe the issue arose due to the FLV having an alpha chennel as i have successfully placed objects "above" an FLV using getNextHighestDepth
The AS that allowed the FLV to remailn below a mask and below a movieclip was
