For each link you have to specify in which frame you have to open a page. Let's say you have frame top.htm, frame left.htm and frame main.htm. Your links are in left.htm and you want it to open in main.htm, you have to specify in html target="mainFrame" after you specify your link. For example:
<a href="main.htm" target="mainFrame"><img src="MyLink.gif" width="100" height="30"></a>
But you did it in Flash, so you will have to specify it in your flash scripting.
Also a suggestion, do not insert any script outside of html tags. Do it insite <head> or <body>.
