The first objective is prety easy to acoplish compared with the second. This depends more how adept you are at flash than 3d.
First the 3d. I do all my 3d in 3ds max, but it is simmilar to swift. not much but I have used it. (it makes a good render plug in as well)
- I dont suggest modeling or animating somting this complex in this app. I would use 3ds max.
I will work up an wxample for you...
