If you got to <a href="http://home.disney.go.com/index" rel="ugc">http://home.disney.go.com/index</a>, you'll notice an effect where you can click on either of two arrows and effect the direction of a scrolling banner, each representing a different area of Disney's online community. I want to do something similar only I want the banner to be moving continually, the arrows you click on effecting both the speed and the direction of said banner. Each part of the banner being clickable as well.<br />
