It's $60 to buy, but there are no limitations on the trial version, so it's as good as free!
You may want to look at FLASM: http://flasm.sourceforge.n
While it will not produce a full fledged FLA ready to recompile, if you're just trying to get at the source, it does a mighty fine job of that.
